What the heck happened last night?? Oh Yeah, the Lakers set a new record for futility!! Blew a 24 point lead?? A 20 point lead in the THIRD quarter?? And then I read THIS quote!! Kobe: "Drink lots of wine, lots of beer, a few shots… maybe 20! And come back on Sunday!" WHAT?????????? The Lakers needed to win all three home games to have a chance to win the Series!! What a pathetic, embarassing performance!!! They need a miracle now….!

As I commented to some of you, my Redneck Neighbor seems to be laying (lying??) low today!! Picking my lawn out of his teeth?? I keep asking him to get rid of that truck and he always says. "Oh yeah! No problem!! Next week!" This has been going on for a year!! Remember that piece of dirt that we had sodded? It is 3/4 theirs but we made a deal!! We pay for the sodding and because their hose is so close, they water!! I have yet to see it done, so I drag my hose out there and do it. Two days ago the Mom was out there watering her plants but do you think she would water that small patch of grass?? HA!! So I confronted her and reminded her of our ‘deal’. She just shrugged! So I talked to the Redneck and his response was, "Oh!! I’m bored so I’ll do it!". He never did! They have a newly sodded lawn but never run their sprinklers!! I’ll take a pic. I’ll also will post the pic of ‘Redneck’ again!! I SO wish I had had my camera when he was face down on my lawn!! LOL!! Classic!!

HOT this weekend here!! Yeah, yeah! I know!! You folks back East have been dealing with it for a week! But did you have to send it our way?? Sheesh! At least keep your storms to yourselves!! I’m watching my OTHER neighbor across the street watering his small trees in pots!! DUDE!! Three seconds of water, once a week is NOT enough!! Oh Yeah….. This is the guy who I had water my bonsai while I was on vacation! No wonder I lost so many!! He is FIRED!!! LOL He spends more time coiling up the hose than he does watering!

The game last night was worth staying up late for, that’s for sure! AWESOME. Of course, according to the former ref (Donaghey?) it’s probably all rigged anyway. I’ve thought that for years but it was weird hearing confirmation. And if Stern were so interested in backing his refs, why would his office issue the statement during the Spurs series that the refs blew that Barry foul call? Either back ’em or don’t, ya know? I’m tired of the sports reporters hearing about something the least bit controversial and then jumpin’ all over it like a duck on a june bug. Just give me the scores for cryin’ out loud!!!

That grass looks mighty sad indeed!!! I am trying yet again to grow some. Too many folks mowing (I hired and told them what height to mow) but they always scalped it anyway and killed it. Mow I have someone who is a horticulturist and never mows lower than 4 inches.

Have mercy, your neighbors are morons if they just got a new sod job done and they aren’t watering or feeding it. They should have given the money they spent on it and just give it to me to spend mindlessly on Zune downloads. (MS answer to the iPod) I could make a weeks worth of blogging out of my neighbors but I’ll just keep the most entertaining ones in mind in the future, they really do make funny blog topics. All that drama in just a few feet away. Is it me or is it weird to have two sex offenders living within a stone throw of each others house. Scary!!!
